Hello bug eaters! We have another great recipe for you!
This was more something I threw together after being away (hiking) for a long weekend and then had to come home to an empty fridge. That always calls for inspiration (if you’re too lazy like me to hit the grocery store)! I still had maaaany oats, some frozen berries, some not- so- perky apples, some joghurt and some other dry bits. I threw everything together and created an apple loaf layered with berry- cricket crumple topping. YUMM! Served warm, together with some greek joghurt – an absolute treat! And healthy of course with high protein!
