Creamcheese Truffles

Ingredients

  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 100g cashews
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • vanilla extract as flavoring
  • cocoa powder as topping

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until you have a smooth mass.

Place to chill in the fridge for 10min.

With your hands form small balls and place on a tray.

Place in the freezer for 30min.

On a plate place cocoa powder and roll the truffles in it until the surface is covered completely.

Serve chilled (not frozen!)
